All participants agree to and are bound by official rules. MDC Technology Group reserves the right to change or establish additional rules at any time.

Contestants in the MDC Technology Groups, Tech Time Radio Hour Free Give-a-way can fill out the above form with valid information and then click “submit”.  ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PLEASE ! An on-air drawing will be held every Tuesday of the month during the Tech Time Radio Hour, Aired on KRMO AM990 and KSWM AM940, Monett and Aurora. This is also available on the streaming audio link on our home page.

The name of the drawing  winner will be announced and the winner will have 3minutes to call in to claim their prize. The prizes will be announced on air on tha. Which one will be announced just before the drawing. If the person who’s name has been drawn does not call in, thier name will be returned to the pool of available names and another name will be drawn and announced. That person will then have 3 minutes to call in… and so on.

MDC Technology Group contests are open to all listeners 18 years and older. Employees of MDC Technology Group and other Computer Companies in the greater Monett area and their families are ineligible to win. Participants may win only one contest per Calendar Year. One winner per household. Winners are responsible for picking up the prize at MDC Technology Group, 111 E. Broadway, Monett Missouri, during normal business hours. (no prizes will be shipped) MDC Technology Group reserves the right to make changes in contest rules with or without notification or announcement, and is not responsible for telephone malfunctions or other errors in connection with the call. Decisions of management are final.

By participating, each contestant agrees that MDC Technology Group can use his/her voice, name, and likeliness for promotional purposes without additional compensation or permission. Each qualifier must disclose his or her legal name, address, and email address. Any person found to have supplied false or misleading information may be disqualified from the contest and therefore forfeit the prize.

The Winner is instructed to pick up his or her prize at the MDC Technology Group station, and it has not been claimed in a timely manner or by the time of the show/event, the Winner forfeits the prize and MDC Technology Group reserves the right to select another winner. Prizes are non-transferable and substitutions of cash or equivalent are not allowed.  

If a concert or other ticketed event of any kind has been awarded as a prize and the concert or event is postponed, rained out, cancelled or does not occur for any reason MDC Technology Group will not be responsible for replacing the prize. No proxies (authorized agents or written authorizations) are accepted.

Some concert or event prizes may be in the form of a single ticket, not a pair of tickets. The Winner will be notified at the time of winning if the prize is a single ticket. Dates for events cannot be changed by the Winner. If the Winner is not able or chooses not to accept prize "as is," the Winner forfeits his or her prize. MDC Technology Group reserves the right to select another winner. The Winner is responsible for all costs associated with travel to any venue or event for which a prize is awarded.

Contests are void where prohibited or restricted by law. All Federal, State, Local laws and regulations shall apply. No purchase or consideration is necessary to win. Decisions by MDC Technology Group regarding winners and all contest details are final and binding in all respects.

Odds of winning are undeterminable and depend on varying telephone response rates, internet access and/or the volume of entities received. If any portion of the above rules is determined to be unenforceable due to local or state laws, all other portions of these official rules shall remain in effect.

On-Air Contests: No liability is assumed by MDC Technology Group for faulty, mis-transcribed, misdirected or misdialed telephone communication or technical difficulties experienced by callers throughout the call-in portion of the contest.
