TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES

The Manufacturing Facility's Technology Center includes a Performance Properties Lab where OEM cartridges are benchmarked for performance. This is done using ASTM standardized testing methods; these tests all have definable properties including yield, density, back grounding, character formation, and grayscale. |

The Analytical Properties Lab is unique to the industry. This lab allows the understanding of findings in the Performance Properties of the products by analyzing toner properties.

The Pre-Production Pioneering Cell is where the development of manufacturing process specifications are formed. During this stage it can determine if any specialized production tools are necessary to accomplish the manufacturing process. As well as looking for ways to improve material flow and ensure production of a consistent product.
