Certified Technician
Team MDC is taking applications for full time technicians.
MDC Tech Group is seeking qualified applicants. We are looking for motivated self starters, that have a good work ethic, great customer skills and good
Technical skill.
We are looking for applicants with experience in the following areas:
- Good Knowledge with Windows Operating Systems
- Good Ability to Trouble Shoot and Repair PC's.
- Good Knowledge on How to Combat Spyware.
- Have good knowledge and understanding of hardware problems and diagnostics.
- Have good Phone/Help Desk Style Skill and enjoy bring true solutions to customers.
The applicants will Need to be A Plus certified. We are also looking for a basic Microsoft Certification as well. Applicant must have a clean appearance and
a professional mind set. Must be a good communicator and be able to talk to customer about technical issues without using “ techo talk".
